Surplus Defense Terms of Service

Welcome to Surplus Defense! Please carefully review the following Terms of Service before using our website. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website.

We are not a brick-and-mortar location, we are exclusively an online store. Therefore, we do not accept Face to Face Firearms sales, and will have to ship or deliver to another licensed FFL dealer or FFL03. We deliver FREE to a local customers chosen FFL in the Idaho, Boise-Meridian-Nampa area.

Order Cancellation

If a customer cancels an order in which credit card payment has already been processed, the order may be subject to processing fees if the cancellation is a result of buyer error.

Shipping

Shipping is limited to CONUS, the lower 48. We can ship Fed-Ex, UPS, and USPS but our preferred method of shipping is USPS. We quote the actual cost of shipping. Insurance will always be included.

Returns

Any firearm we sell and represent includes a full 3-day, no questions asked guarantee. If an item is sent back, we will refund the entire cost, minus shipping to you. The item must be returned unfired and in the original/same condition as it left us.

Federal Firearms License (FFL)

A Federal Firearms License (FFL 01) is required for all shipments of modern guns. An FFL 01 or FFL 03 Curio or Relic (C&R) is required for eligible firearms to Curio and Relic (C&R) license holders (any firearm 50 years and older). FFLs may be mailed, or emailed to us with legible addresses and signature. Pre-1898 firearms and non-firearm items are exempt from this requirement. We follow the latest ATF regulations for FFL requirements.

Appraisals

We are willing to appraise any firearm for FREE. Contact us at info@surplusdefens.com for appraisals.

Sales

All items listed on surplusdefense.com are available for purchase. We do not maintain an active retail store, but we are always happy to provide more pictures and information when requested. All items may be ordered through the website shopping cart, phone, or email. Typical means of payment are by Credit Card Via phone order (no extra charge), Check, or Money Order. Sales tax will be included when appropriate and required by law. Please note that purchasing directly from surplusdefense.com is the only way to guarantee the item is yours. An email or voicemail does not guarantee the item, even if you contacted us before the item is purchased.
