Description: This is a stunning and beautiful TOP RATE Finnish M39, one of the few made in the late 1960's and early 70's. These are called "sneaks" because of the lack of a manufacturer mark on the receiver. These rifles are typically in excellent condition, showing barely any use if at all. This one is no exception. The stock and bluing are in absolutely wonderful shape. The stock is a very nicely done sqaure splice post war stock with hardly a scratch on it. The receiver still retains the imperial eagle, a rare find. The numbers don't match which is fairly typical, but the bolt DOES match the receiver. Comes with its original cleaning rod and an original Finnish M39 muzzle cover. Small import mark on the barrel. This rifle comes with its original arsenal target paper. These rifles are some of the best of any military rifle ever made, with good sight system, a very high quality heavy barrel, and were often accurized by the Finnish military with shims in the action. Thanks for looking and be sure to check out all the other M39's I have for sale.
